Refund Policy
Trellis plans
- Starter is free, so there's nothing to refund.
- Growth ($199/year) and Campus ($499/year) are annual plans that renew automatically each year.
14-day refund window
If you're not happy, email support@bruder.is within 14 days of a purchase or renewal, and we'll refund the plan price for that year in full.
After 14 days
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your co-op keeps its paid plan until the end of the year you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show them.
Class fees are different
Class fees that families pay to a co-op through Trellis are charged by that co-op, which is the merchant. Each co-op's own policy covers refunds of class fees. Trellis isn't a party to those payments, so please contact your co-op.
